Balloon care
Your balloons do not like the heat or cold. Please do not leave them in a hot car, in direct sunlight or next to a radiator.
They are very delicate so please hold them tightly and do not let them bash anything.
The balloons are inflated in advance to check for any faults so once they're collected they are you responsibilityDelivery
Delivery - Next day delivery is Monday - Friday. Orders must be placed 48 hours before for delivery. We advise having the balloon arrive the day before your event as we cannot guarantee the arrival time.
